How can I place an order?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. Once you place an order, our team will provide you with an estimated delivery date (typically 10-14 working days). We strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

However we do offer an express delivery service which can have your bed with you within 7-10 days. You can choose this option when checking out.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, we offer assembly services for most of our products. Our team will provide you with all the details about assembly options when you place an order.

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve any issues and make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Can I increase my headboard height?

Yes, you can. Once you have chosen the style of bed you are looking to purchase, you have the option you have the option to change the headboard height, colour and many other features.

Do you have a showroom?

 Unfortunately we currently do not have a showroom, we do however have plans in the pipeline to open one up very soon. Furthermore, we feel that the customer photos that can be seen  on our social media pages reflect the quality of our products and customer satisfaction.

Do you offer fabric swatches?

Please send us a message on our socials or email to get some free fabric swatches, so you get to see the fabric and confirm which you'd like before placing an order. 

Please note that sample you receive may vary slightly from what you see on the website. This is because different screens and devices will display colours differently and therefore may not accurately reflect the real life sample for example 'lighting'. To ensure any subsequent product orders match your fabric sample you should order within 4 months of receiving sample.
